How to Return
If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your goods please return them within 28 days of receiving them for a full refund (please note we do not offer a refund for the original delivery costs incurred, unless the goods are faulty). All goods must be returned in an unused and saleable condition with any original tags or packaging intact.
For UK Returns
Organise a return by simply following our returns portal link here. We are unable to issue credit until your return package has been received. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified. You will be charged £7.50 for each return.
Please note, we cannot offer a refund for items that have been worn, altered or monogrammed.
Returns outside the UK
For returns of orders outside the UK, customers are responsible for arranging postage back to us. Our returns address is:

All international returns should clearly state the package is a return on the outside of the parcel, to avoid further duty charges when returning goods.
Please note that Oliver Brown is unable to refund any postage costs for International refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty.
How to Exchange
If you would like to exchange your goods, please return them to us within 28 days of receiving them. All goods must be returned in an unused and saleable condition with any original tags or packaging intact. Exchanges should be sent in the original parcel bag or carton, or other suitable packaging.
Please note, we cannot offer an exchange for items that have been worn altered or monogrammed.
