How can I speak to someone?

Please note, on Saturdays, you will be automatically put through to our shop team. For any online order related enquiries please contact our team Mon - Fri only.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express via Stripe.

We also accept PayPal.

You also have the option to purchase through Buy Now, Pay Later services with Klarna and ClearPay (this payment method is subject to additional checks and approval by the payment provider).

Are your prices VAT inclusive?

All prices are uploaded to the website in Pounds Sterling (GBP) inclusive of VAT. Depending on your IP address (i.e. from where in the world you are accessing our website), prices and applicable tax will update automatically to reflect your local currency. Our payment providers operate a live exchange rate from GBP at the time you view the product or place an order. Please note that these conversion rates are subject to change and are not controlled by Oliver Brown.

How can I track my package?

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. You can track your order using the code you will receive when your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Simply enter this code on the Royal Mail website.

International orders are managed through our partners SWAP Global. Most orders will be shipped via FedEx; however, this system utilises various carriers to find you the best rates. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details and can monitor the progress of your order via the carrier's website.

What is your returns policy?

You may return goods for up to 28 days for an exchange or full refund.

After this period, we will offer an exchange or a credit note for up to 60 days after the original date of purchase. 

Some items cannot be returned:

- Bespoke or customized goods (including embossed/monogrammed/engraved items)

- Swimwear and underwear

- Facemasks if the sealed packaging has been opened

- Hemmed or finished trousers

All returns are managed through our returns portal. Please note that there are separate returns portals for UK and International orders. You will be presented with options in the returns portal for which items and which outcome (refund, store credit, or exchange) you wish to receive.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please email or phone us as soon as possible and no later than 28 days after receipt of your order. If you wish to cancel your order before we have dispatched it to you, we will cancel dispatch and issue a refund within 14 days of cancellation. In the case that you would like to cancel after your order has been dispatched, you will need to return the order before we are able to exchange or refund. How do I make a return?

If you wish to return your order for an exchange, store credit, or refund, please use our returns portal.

How long will it take to process my return?

Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange, store credit, or refund with 14 days. We are not able to issue a refund or store credit until your return has been received and processed. We will only ever credit your original form of payment. Please refer to our terms & conditions for more information.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we will happily offer an exchange on any item in your order (excluding personalised or altered items). An exchange can be initiated through our online returns portal. If the item you wish to receive in exchange is a different price to your original item, you will be given the option to receive a credit/refund or pay the difference.

Can I return in store?

Yes. We are happy to accept a return at any of our locations.

Please note that our stores are often very busy and for the quickest returns and processing time, you may use our online returns portal.
