Follow These Steps To Book Your Royal Ascot Hire:

  • I. Choose Your Size

    Choose your outfit and sizes on this page. Click 'add to cart' to save your booking.

    Our morning coats run slightly large to size, so if you are between sizes, select one size down. Our trousers and waistcoats fit 'true to size'. You will have the opportunity to try on your hire clothing when collecting so we can ensure you leave happy with the fit of your selection.

  • II. Choose Your Dates

    In the cart dropdown (top right corner of the page), you can 'select a rental period'. You may also opt for hire insurance. Price will automatically adjust based on your selections.

    *Select your 'pickup' date as the day before you are attending Ascot and 'return' date the day after. For instance, if you are attending Ascot on Tuesday, 17th June, your hire period would run from Monday 16th to Wednesday 18th.

  • III. Pay & Collect

    After you pay for your hire, we will send you an email confirmation. Hires will be available to collect from 5pm the day before you are attending Ascot and are due back no later than 10am on your return date. For additional information, please look at our 'common questions' or full FAQs below.

Common Questions

Can I make a booking in store for a hire fitting?

We do not currently take appointments in store for hire fittings. Please feel free to stop by one of our stores, and we will be happy to assist.

How long do I get my hire for?

You have the option to select your hires for as long as you require.

For Ascot, hires will be ready to collect the day before your required Race Day and to be returned the day after. Any extra days required will be charged at a full rate.

When should I collect my hire?

For Royal Ascot, your hire will be available to collect from 5pm the day before you attend. Any hires for the Tuesday or Wednesday (17th or 18th June), then you can collect your hire from the week before. We will always send you an email to confirm collection times.

What happens if I am late in returning my hire?

You will be charged £25 for normals hire and a full day for Ascot hires.

What does insurance cover?

Our hire insurance covers up to the full retail amount for all accidental damage to any product in your hire. Please note that insurance does not cover loss and is not applicable for damage or loss of top hats.
